In-Depth Explanation of Each Option

Docs Home Hero Layout Choices: searchbar · hero · minimal

  • searchbar → Big centered search box (best for large docs – what this demo uses)
  • hero → Large title + description + button (great for marketing-style landing pages)
  • minimal → Just your logo and navigation (super clean)

Docs Home Grid Card Style Choices: informative · compact · icon

  • informative → Title + excerpt + icon (default – most readable)
  • compact → Title only, tight grid
  • icon → Large colorful icons, very visual

Single Doc Layout Choices: default · wide · minimal · stacked

  • default → Sidebar on left, content on right (classic docs look)
  • wide → Full-width content, sidebar collapses on mobile
  • minimal → No sidebar at all (great for simple guides)
  • stacked → Sidebar becomes top horizontal navigation on desktop

Docs Home FAQ Layout default = accordion style compact = smaller cards in a grid – saves space

Default Color Scheme auto = respects visitor’s OS preference (recommended) light / dark = forces one mode site-wide

Primary Color + Primary Color (Dark Mode) Used for links, buttons, active sidebar items, callout borders, etc. Pick a color that looks great on white and on true black.
